1.1. What is Mailagenten.de?

Whether you have ordered something, waiting for an important letter from the office, your favorite magazine or just the greeting postcard from vacation - punctuality and reliability for sender and recipient are of great importance. The website was set up by the www.mailagenten.de Spectos to explore with the help of studies and surveys, the quality of this post, distribution and delivery services and other customer contact processes. For this we rely on the support of our study participants instructed to take the test for us against shipments and market research surveys to answer. As a thank you for helping our study participants collect bonus points for exciting rewards.

1.2. Who is the Spectos?

Mailagenten.de is a product of Spectos (www.spectos.com) from Dresden. Spectos is an independent, ISO certified institute for field trials and quality in customer contact processes. We investigate with the help of studies and market research surveys, as well represents the quality of customer relationships between companies and consumers. Our results imply for our customers and consumers as a noticeable improvement in service quality of customer communications.

2. Study participants will be

2.1. How can I become a study participant?

In order to study participants, click on the registration menu item. Then follow the instructions and you get in a few steps to your personal account. Your data will be kept strictly confidential. For more information, see our Privacy Program.

2.2. Who is eligible as a participant?

All persons over the age of 18 years, who are resident in Belgium, are eligible for participation.  To qualify for participation, all panellists should have an email address and be available via telephone.  Bpost employees and other members of their household are not eligible for participation.


2.3. How do I get my username and password?

When registering, select a user name (mindest. 6 characters) and a personal password. You will then receive an email with a link to confirm your registration.

2.4. If additional costs coming at me?

When study participants no additional costs will be incurred for you.

 

3. Study participants have

3.1. What rules should I as a participant?

The participant agrees to make the registration complete and truthful information. Each person may only be registered once as a participant. Multiple registrations with different e-mail addresses are not possible and will be deleted.

3.2. What are my responsibilities as study participant?

As study participant, you have the following 3 simple tasks:

    Empty your mailbox on a daily basis. You are advised to check your mailbox shortly before 8p.m., as the private distributors do not have fixed delivery times, which makes it possible that post may arrive as late in the day as 8p.m. Open your mail and check if you have received a test letter (to be recognised by the i.code). Tip: note the receipt date immediately on the letter and register the receipt of the test letter as soon as possible.
    Report the receipt of the test program as quickly as possible back to us

3.3. Why you should be study participants?

3.4. How often do you operate as a participant?

4. Test transmissions

4.1. What is a test program?

A test shipment is a shipment that we send to you at irregular intervals to check the delivery quality. These come from different senders - from business, government or private - behind which is hidden but always Spectos. The test programs are not externally marked as such and can be quite different in form and content: customer information, invoice letter, shipments of agencies and authorities, catalogs, packages, etc. After each delivery of varying size and design could therefore hide a test event!

4.2. How often will I receive test items?

4.3. How do I recognize a test letter?

External test programs are not visible. You should therefore as a study, especially at your post office. Whether it is in fact a test shipment, you can easily recognize the i.code located in each test item.

4.4. Why do I sometimes get so few test broadcasts?

The number of test items that you will always depend on whether in your area just measurements are performed. It may be that you get several weeks did not test broadcasts. Please have in this case, just be patient - we have not forgotten you!

4.5. I would like to see more / fewer test items - what can I do?

In your account menu item Settings - Personal Information may choose how you want to test many letters you receive a maximum per week. You have the choice between 2 or 4 test letters per week.

4.6. What should I do if I do not for a certain period at home and am unable to take any test programs?

Would you like to receive for a period not test letters (eg if you go on vacation or move) you can specify settings to test sending a pause period of absence.

Please tell us your period of absence in time - at least 2 weeks in advance - with.

It is possible that you receive during your absence period test broadcasts. This is the case if the delivery of a shipment could not be ruled out in time. Test shows that you can receive during your absence period shall not be returned and we can credit you no SpectosCents.

5. Test programs to report back

5.1. How do I report back to a test program?

    Phone: Call us free (0800-6377864) on 0800-MEASURE, and send us a receipt i.code and the date of the program

5.2. What happens if I forget to report back a test item itself?

Should you not be able to report back a test shipment within 24 hours after you receive it, it is our call center in your specified times available by phone. You will be prompted for the i.code, the receipt date and asked about the status of the shipment.

5.3. Why is calling me to the call center, although I have not received a test program?

For each test program, you receive, there is a scheduled arrival time. Sometimes shows are on the road longer than planned. In this case, it may be that you call our call center, even though you have not yet received the shipment. Please share this call for understanding and us with just that you have not yet reached the mission.

5.4. I can report back my test program is not - what happened?

6.3. Hoe lang een i.code geldig?

Elke i.code heeft een vooraf bepaalde geldigheidsduur, die is verschillend voor elke test item. Na het verstrijken van de geldigheidsperiode, kunt u een i.code geen verslag uit te brengen niet meer en krijg SpectosCents gecrediteerd. 7. Spectoscents collect

8. Rewards - Redeem Spectoscents

8.1. How can I redeem my SpectosCents for rewards?

You can redeem your accumulated SpectosCents in your personal account in the menu item "premiums order" for bonuses. You have not yet registered on our portal, you can request your free bonuses even 0800 MEASUREMENT (0800-6377864).

8.2. How do I find out current premium?

Our premiums are updated regularly. An overview of our current premium partners are on the menu option premiums. Exchange your points in shopping vouchers worth 25 €. Collect 2500 to SpectosCents and we offer a free selection of over 200 different premium partners.

8.3. How long is a paper issued on voucher / gift card is valid one?

Our vouchers are available from date of issue valid for 4 years.

8.4. Do my SpectosCents sometime?

As long as you are active participants in our studies, not your points expire. If you terminate your subscription, your Points account will be deleted. Please solve remaining SpectosCents therefore, before you end your participation in our studies.

9. Profile

9.1. How do I change my personal information?

If you want to change or update your information, log in to your account and click Settings in the "Personal Information". There you can change your information. You also have the option to change your user data free of charge on 0800 MEASUREMENT (0800-6377864). In addition, on a regular basis - about every 6 months - rather than an update of personal data. You are to contact our Call Centre or by logging onto your account using one form invited to verify your information.

9.2. How do I change my password?

First, log am in your account section, click Settings and then "Personal Data". You can then change your password.

9.3. What should I do if I forget my username?

9.4. What should I do if I forget my password?


If you have forgotten your password, please use the link "Forgot your password?" in the login box on the homepage. Indicating the e-mail address you will receive a new randomly generated password. For security reasons, the old password is not sent. After the next successful login with your new password you can in your account under the Settings menu item - choose a new password again personal data.

9.5. What happens if I want to get for a certain period of test transmissions?

After your application you have in your account the way in the menu settings - enter the desired time interval test program in which you wish to receive any test programs. 9.7. How do I change other personal information I have given during registration?

10.2. How will my personal information be used?

Information such as age and gender are factors that we use to select participants for our surveys. This information is important for the evaluation of the polls, because we want to portray as a cross-section of the population.

We attach great importance to the protection of personal data. You get test programs (addressed letters, direct mail and catalogs) from our partners as part of studies to determine the delivery quality. Your data will be used in this context solely for the purpose of Zustellmessung. In addition, your data will never be disclosed to third parties.
